Review

Donna Hay’s Entertaining offers stylish and elegant ideas for special occasions on every page. Each recipe is accompanied by a beautiful photograph showing the finished dish and Donna’s signature presentation style. The recipes range from simple picnics and impromptu weeknight dinners to formal dinners. Each section wraps up with menu ideas for serving 4, 6, 8, or 10 guests.

We love Donna Hay’s books for their stylish ideas on every page, clear and clean layout and design, and simple, no-fuss, no-fail dishes that combine fresh and surprising ingredients.

Her dishes are always appetizing and touch on a variety of cuisines—Thai leaves and Chicken Baguettes, Seared Beef with Soba, Swordfish Grilled with Vine Leaves, Sour Lemon Cake, are a few of our favorites in Entertaining. All in all, a beautiful package and a great many meals for the price tag.
